Annual beetle meeting Talsi ‘25

Hello and welcome, everyone!
Here’s the plan for our summer car meet – hosted by the Latvian VW Beetle Club!
This year, we’re heading to Talsi and Stende for a fun-filled weekend.

Friday, July 18 – Arrival Day
Everyone arrives and gets settled in at the guesthouse. No fixed schedule – just relax, catch up, and get ready for the weekend!

Saturday, July 19 – Main Event
10:15 – We leave the guesthouse and head to Talsi.
10:30–13:00 – Car exhibition in Talsi city centre.
Park your Beetles, stroll around town, grab some food, and enjoy the vibe. We'll share tips on what to see and do nearby.

13:00 – Time to split up for two activity options:
• Road Games begin for those up for a bit of adventure and challenge.
• Others can join the scenic tour of nearby villages and local attractions (more details to follow).
17:00 – Planned finish for the Road Games.
18:00 – We all meet back at the guesthouse.
19:00 – A few official speeches (don’t worry, short and sweet!).
20:00 until late – Let the party begin! Food, music, and great company into the night.

Sunday, July 20 – Wind Down
Breakfast from what we’ve brought along (so bring a little extra to share!).
Relaxed packing and tidying up.
Around 11:00 – We hit the road back toward Riga, making a few chill stops along the way for a fun and easygoing Sunday drive.
